FlappyMon1.3

Changes:
Added a popup text to display what new Pokémon you unlocked during the run. 
Added a counter object to track/display how many Pokémon you have unlocked total (to be updated for the different rarities and how much per egg type)

Bug Fixes:
Pressing R to restart the game now properly resets your Pokémon evolution

Known Bugs:
Using Squirtle as the "default starter" doesn't reset your evolutions after the run, but re-selecting Squirtle in the selection screen fixes that.
